The PE4705AS~PE4736AS Series comprises 1-Channel Unidirectional ESD Protection Diodes designed to protect voltage-sensitive electronics from high transient conditions and ESD. These diodes offer a voltage range of 5 V to 36 V in a SOD-123 package with low clamping voltage, making them ideally suited for a wide range of applications in power supply, computing and consumer electronics. Additionally, these products feature green molding compound compliant with the IEC 61249 standard and EU RoHS 2.0.
