MER&MSR series products for various automotive application
PANJIT introduces automotive grade 200V hyper fast rectifier, MER & MSR series products, the current rating from 1A to 20A, low profile packages are SOD-123FL, SOD-123HE, SMA, SMB, SMAF-C and SMBF, they are suitable for surface mount to replace regular axial lead or MELF; High power rating package are TO-220AC, ITO-220AC, TO-220AB and ITO-220AB, totally there are 62 part numbers, 25 part numbers are qualified by AEC-Q101. The technology to control reverse recovery time is doping by platinum with two types, 20nS and 30nS can enhance switching loss performance and soft factor to reduce EMI either we have low forward voltage to make better efficiency on system design, for the mechanical characteristic we use planar structure. The MER & MSR series can apply for general rectification, reverse polarity, switching and free-wheeling design circuit, and more application as following.
