UPSs are usually set up with a 12V or 24V power supply. Depending on their usage, the system can be divided into three types: offline/standby UPS, online interactive UPS, and online/double conversion UPS. PANJIT provides a series of devices, including HV MOSFETs and FREDs on the primary side, and Schottky diodes, MV MOSFETs, bridges, and FREDs on the secondary side, which have high withstand voltage, high efficiency, and low power consumption. These devices can be selected to use in one of the UPS diagrams.
